Boost Group Shopper Marketing entwickelte und lieferte OFT ein Gesamtkonzept f\u00fcr das Rackjobbing. Im Mittelpunkt des Konzepts standen die w\u00f6chentliche Auff\u00fcllung der Regale, die Produktplatzierung, das Merchandising sowie ein Bestell- und Retourenprozess.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Die Inszenierung und korrekte Pflege der Warenpr\u00e4sentation in den Regalen erfolgte w\u00f6chentlich in mehreren Filialen und umfasste neben der Warenplatzierung und dem Merchandising auch die notwendigen Bestell- und Retourenvorg\u00e4nge.<\/p>\n

Neben einem Team von Merchandisern stellte Boost au\u00dferdem ein erfahrenes Au\u00dfendienstteam mit drei Regionalmanagern und einem Projektleiter f\u00fcr das Projekt zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n

In der Pilotphase unterst\u00fctzte und beriet Boost OFT mit ihrer umfangreichen Erfahrung im Rackjobbing f\u00fcr verschiedene Marken und bei der Implementierung des Regalmanagements in ausgew\u00e4hlten von Filialen. Zu den relevanten Vorg\u00e4ngen geh\u00f6rten:
