Bij de ontwikkeling van aanvullende verkoopkanalen voor de online- en fysieke winkels van de onderneming gaat de focus naar succesvolle verkoopgebieden, waarbij het professionele en consistente beheer door het OFT als een doorslaggevende succesfactor wordt beschouwd. Boost Group Shopper Marketing ontwikkelde en voorzag OFT van een totaalconcept voor de rack jobbing. Het concept was gericht op wekelijkse herbevoorrading van de rekken, tezamen met productplaatsing, merchandising en een bestel- en retourproces.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

De uitstalling en het zorgvuldig onderhoud van de presentatie van de goederen op de boekenplanken gebeurt wekelijks in een aantal Coop-filialen. Het project omvat naast de plaatsing van de produkten en de merchandising ook de volledige afhandeling van de bestel- en retourprocessen.<\/p>\n

Boost Group regelt naast een team van merchandisers ook een ervaren buitendienstteam van drie regiomanagers en een projectmanager voor de volledige ontzorging van het project.<\/p>\n

In de pilot-fase ondersteunt en adviseert Boost Group het OFT. Hierbij komt de uitgebreide ervaring op het gebied van rack jobbing voor een aantal verschillende merken uiteraard zeer van pas. En dat geldt ook voor de implementatie van schapbeheer in de diverse filialen. De relevante operaties omvatten:
– bestellingen
– retourzendingen
– visuele merchandising<\/p>\n
