The programme offers online coaching, personal weekly goals and much more to help you make healthy living easier and more fun. You can participate at any time and at your own pace. This makes a healthier lifestyle simpler than you think to achieve. The loyalty and health programme SamenGezond aims not only to motivate participants to make healthy choices but to reward them for it.
SamenGezond wants to encourage customers to live more healthily with help from the ‘SamenGezond’ app. “If you live a healthy life, you feel better about yourself and you have more energy,” says Lucien Diepstraten – Head of Key Account Management & New Business Benelux at Boost. “We believe that everyone can contribute to this and we want to reward this commitment.”
SamenGezond points are earned in different ways, like keeping track of your walk or bike ride, achieving theme-related goals (e.g. drinking more water or eating fewer snacks) or taking a lifestyle test. The number of points gained by participants is based on the effort made. You can exchange saved points in the web shop for fun items or a day out with attractive discounts.

Savings targets must be achievable within an acceptable timeframe for the participant. That is why a combination of luxury items and ‘necessities’ is shown in the web shop. Participants prefer practical articles that they already use. On the other hand, they expect luxury items as a reward for participating in the loyalty programme. The total discount per item depends on how many points they have and whether they are insured with Menzis, Anderzorg or Hema.
